Around Azeroth: A formal nuisance
Submitter Lamberton of Thunderlord (US-A) writes, "Whilst out questing in Darkshore, I happened across the tiniest of murlocs sporting a very classy top hat. All the other murlocs looked very murlocky, but this one had a little extra flair and won the 'Worthy of a Screenshot' award. He was gone a second later, literally."

Nothing like a ruined NE village to make you bring out your tophat and dancing cane.

Is this little critter a regular spawn? That is AWESOME!

There is a quest line in darkshore which eventually ends up with you building a makeshift murloc condo on the nearby shoreline. This summons a few random murlocs a few of which may start dancing like in the screenshot.
Kbelt must have either completed the quest or stumbled onto the end of the little scene in his travels.

Yeah there's just a bunch of little murlocs celebrating that you built them a new hovel and he is the only one with a top hat and cane dancing around. Like a boss.

I love that Blizzard finds ways to put one of the more awesome companion pets into the game in random places.

I've seen that guy show up when I finished that quest. Loved it. For Alliance, the murloc in the Forlorn Caverns (where the rogue/warlock/fishing trainers are) does the same thing every so often. It's the little things that make this game great!
