The condition in Westfall isn't as cut and dry as blame the King. If you remember pre-cata Lady Prestor kept funds and support from all the alliance towns. Now we have the Horde waging war on all fronts. Money is not something that can be made to come up out of no where, and which would be worse for those people of Westfall, being homeless and free, or having to lose the war against the Horde, and having the Forsaken March south to bring you back as undead to supply their army?
Two wrongs don't make a right, and this is all is gray area. It is just the Forsaken are one shade away from black with their actions, and might need to tone it down.
Even Garrosh disapproves of the plague, so Sylvanas by her logic of people not obeying her needing to be brought in line shows another level of hypocrisy and the more interesting inner turmoil the New Horde is currently facing.
No one may be right in their actions, but I do know when something is wrong, and so does a lot of the Forsaken's Allies.
