I'd imagine that realID integration is probably one of the next things they'll do, but that would require shifting the entire application onto the Battle.net service in some way or another. Then again, Blizzard might assume you already have outside means of contact with readID people and not think it's worth the investment.Friend's list certainly seems plausible as well.
