"It gets put on the auction house because it's really only useful to a few specific specs?" Lolegolas asked gamely, looking up from where he reclined on the couch. "Like enhancement shaman and feral druids?"
"What?" Throgg blinked, staring intently at Lolegolas. "Is this some kind of joke to you?"
Lolegolas sat up. "Throgg? What's on your mind?"
"You nearly died, little belf," Throgg said. "What would I do with myself? You must be more careful in the future."
The blond sighed and nodded. "I will be. But what if we get you a puppy? A puppy could help, right?"
Throgg would have responded, but he was already distracted by puppies.
Unheeded Warning
Important note: Bind on Equip
Type: Trinket
Agility: 321
Equip: Your melee attacks have a chance to increase your weapon damage by 680 for 10 seconds.
How to get it: This item drops from trash in the Bastion of Twilight.
How to get rid of it: The trinket sells for 8 gold, 5 silver, and 7 copper. It can also be sold and traded, since it is Bind on Equip.

As an enhancement shaman myself, I can say that the Unheeded Warning is generally considered garbage for our spec. The only spec that I know of that has a serious boner over it is Feral Druid.

True story. Enhance shamans need to avoid this one. If it actually did what it says on the tooltip it would be great. Adding to weapon damage would make our special abilities like lava lash and stormstrike hit harder, but all the trinket actually does is increase auto attacks.
Certainly not worth the 10k+ it sells for on AH.

@Mondi: Nope, it increases the "weapon damage" (not the damage on the weapon itself, or it would be redardedly OP for some specs, but the final weapon damage). I am a rogue, I use this trinket for PvP and I can say it increases the damage on my Backstab, Hemorrhage and all other abilities that uses % weapon damage.

Subtlety Rogue puts UH as BiS. Since it's pure weapon damage increase, and their bread and butter attack is Backstab, which plays strictly off weapon damage, it's a boundless increase of just about everything available to you.

I play Enh for PvE and Sub for PvP. UH is absolute garbage for my shammy, but by god does my rogue love it.

With the Combat Rogue spec being more reliant on weapon damage (compared to Assassination's poison damage) I'd venture to say its ok for.them too. Certainly there are better, but for non raiders its not bad. The badge buy one, Fluid Death, is hot.

Melee damage is still the second highest portion of my rogue's damage, between Instant and Deadly, so I didn't feel bad swapping out the Tol Barad trinket for it. I also showed a significant dps increase after equipping it, too.
I am certain it's not BiS, but it certainly isn't anything to sneeze at.
I also got mine in a guild run, so I only had to pay a bit of GP. I probably wouldn't spend that much money on it in AH, though.

The tooltip is bugged. For Feral Druids it does indeed increase weapon damage, but for all other classes/specs it increases AUTOATTACK damage,

On my server it's referred to as Unneeded Warning. I haven't found a single person that likes it.

Your server needs more kitties. It's on par with (and in some cases better than) the trinkets from HM's for Feral DPS.

I paid 15K the day after the changes blizz made to this trinket. And now it can go as high as 20k in the AH. Its - THE BEST - trinket for kitties, specially when you pair it with Fluid Death or the Darkmoon Card: Hurricane.
