Usage of the mana efficient weak heal is going to really depend on the class, gear and what your healing role is. As a resto druid doing raid healing I use it (nourish) much less now that I have some gear and mana isn't quite as much of an issue. There are still situations where it helps out though. I've found when two healing Cho'Gall you have enough time between the raid AOEs to use nourish after wild growth or to spot heal raiders that are lower on health. It works well with a rejuvenation or wild growth to get the mastery benefit and is dirt cheap.
