Our guild leader was legitimately burnt out by our failure to become a functional 10 man raiding guild in Cata, and as the /gquitting hit a critical point, asked us all to switch to a different guild, run by one of the officers, with the understanding that she'd stick around. A week later, she's gone to a successful 25 man guild where she can work on her 9k achievement points, the loyal remnant are in a level 3 guild trying to recruit, her alt is holding down our level 16 guild, and we're back doing the same old content runs for guild achieves we did a couple months ago. I can't even bring myself to ask what happened to the bank.
