The latest build is marked as "release" so its definitely next week unless something goes wrong.
They can hotfix most of the things as they go too nowdays(thanks to streaming client) so I think minorish stuff wont be delaying the patch. Heck they even removed ghostlands flying..so they are dropping stuff to make it come faster, I think. (Flying could be done but it would take so bloody long to be properly done too)
