HPS is a measurement of damage taken, and then successfully healed through.I average 11k hps on twins in a PuG. I see my guild healers averaging 8k in a guild run. Why? It's not because my guild healers suck, it's because my guildies mitigate damage. The only part of the chart that matters is to see how you are healing (with what spells), and to see how much of the weight you are pulling. (This may not mean you fail, if you're assignment is not taking much damage, but it might mean you can broaden your scope, and take slack for someone else.)
