Have a look at your DPS - assign the highest DPS and yourself to one add, and the 2nd and 3rd DPS to the other add.

Adds always spawn after the shadow thing, so when that's done, move as fast as you can to the doorway where the adds spawn to maximise your own DPS time on them.

Use every posible slowing effect at your party's disposal.

That should get the adds down in time for you to get a kill, if not the achievement.
