The article says, basically, that people aren't going to put up with shit from anonymous and random PUGgers. Tank or not. I don't think it's a big surprise to anyone that people do not like to be abused, so they tend to remove themselves from the situation that offends.
The root of the problem is asshats. And there's no way to make a person not be an asshat preemptively.
