Agreed. Heroics are not hard. I actually do enjoy them when I run with people I know and like. And I don't mind spending an extra minute on an explanation if someone doesn't know a fight. But what absolutely keeps me from pugging is the bad behavior of other people. The virtual goodies in the CTA bag are not enough to make up for the very real rudeness.

Agree completely with the point about server rep, something I have missed since x-realm dungeons went live. I also still have people on my friends list from BC pugs, and conversely word spread quickly on my realm when a player ninja'd, rage quit or just was no fun to be around.
