I too thought I would never tank a random heroic outside a guild group before, but I actually did one this past Saturday. Was I nervous? Hell yea! I had 3 random DPS, which did a great job but I know that can't always be expected, and the healer is from my guild so I know him well. I'm not sure I'll ever go into a random heroic dungeon with 0 people I know, but things could change.I should also mention that I've only been tanking high end content for about a month now. I have tanked before (high level Outlands and low level Northrend) while leveling, but it is definitely not the same.As I have said in a previous comment, I'm not sure how I feel about this incentive, as I play all 3 roles and pretty well I think and as others have told me. It's not that I feel it's unfair, just that the chance at a rare mount isn't nearly enough to overcome the anxiety and frustration that a pugged dungeon can (possibly) entail.
