Great read! I agree with the author.I started WoW early BC, but didn't start tanking until just around the time DF came out in WotLK. I entered the tank scene just as 245 iLevel Triumph badge gear became easily available. Needless to say, it wasn't very hard to tank heroics, even as a bear. The only dungeon during Wrath that ever made me cringe was H: Halls of Reflection. Looking back, I think many of us chuckle at how that was our toughest random instance.I still tank, now on my bear and my pally. (Pally is easy mode, my cat can almost do it when I'm afk.) While I will run randoms, the first thing I always do is check to see what DPS I have. If it's little to useless CC, I cringe. However, if the CC is good, even the worst Cata Heroics aren't that bad. The key is to start the dungeon off on a friendly note. It puts everyone at ease if the they find out that the tank is there to have a clean and fun run, even if marking targets takes 2 seconds longer. Good vibes sometimes have to start at the top and work their way down. Give it a try ;)One of the Last Bears RemainingThe Scryers
