Made redundant by the next patch, but I use:

#showtooltip (whatever spell)
/cast Chakra
/cast (whater spell)

keeps chakra up at all times, if you attach it to multiple spells (PoM, PoH, or GH, H, FH) then multiple spells will activate it, and yet if it's not off cooldown, then it will be ignored.

also as an additional bonus, I have a /use teranda's favorite doll (spelling) after the chakra activate, which means it gets usedup almost every minute,but you actually need the trinket, or other frequently activated one for it to be useful. All of theseget activated at once cuz they don't share a global cooldown.

I suppose even though I came up with it on my own it's very likely that others have, and it may be a widely used macro, who knows.
