I haven't raid-healed in forever, but for 5-mans, with the changes to Disc, I've actually migrated to the default F1-F4 party targeting to go along with all my left-click/right-click/middle-click healing macros (left = self, right = focus, middle = target). It's worked out surprisingly well.

I probably use self/focus/target mouse macros too much... at they point they've all condensed down to something like:
/cast [button:1, @player][button:2, @focus][button:3] Spell

Confuses my husband if I have to emergency afk, though. "Just right-click to heal the tank!" "What?"

Thanks to the people the Power Word: Barrier macros! I didn't realize you could cast it *at* someone. Gonna macro that when I get home. :)
