WoW Insider's Weekly Webcomic: Safe Passage
Welcome to another edition of WoW Insider's Weekly Comic, Safe Passage.
Nothing like some nice reminiscing during a hot meal -- although considering it's probably at least 40° C in The Barrens, maybe a hot meal isn't such a great idea.
In any case, some insights are given into the supposed "father" of the girls, a character we will take some time to explore later.
Check out the full comic right here, and tune in next Tuesday morning for a new page. You can also see all the previous pages in the gallery below.

Urza Apr 18th 2011 10:33AM
Indeed! Although we appear to be a little early posting don't we.
Urza Apr 18th 2011 10:34AM
That was a reply to Zanaji...
And why oh why does this stupid comment system fail so epicly, how hard is it to reply for crying out loud!

Papa Bigredkitty!
Dreyja Apr 19th 2011 5:26PM
PAPA is a dwarf?! You've just made my week my dear!
MusedMoose Apr 19th 2011 7:29PM
Seconded! Though this does explain some of the human girl's attitude. ^_^ I do hope we get to see Papa Dwarf somewhere along the line. Dwarves are hard to kill, you know.
Dreyja Apr 19th 2011 8:02PM
Exactly. That lil' gal is FULL of DWARVEN spunk. ;) She needs to kick that nelf in the shin when this is all over, just for that slap. XD
This is all making me think of Bruenor, a dwarf (awesome one at that) who had a habit of adopting non-dwarf kiddies. :D
Kurash Apr 19th 2011 8:05PM
Well, since it's "papa" and not "grandpappy" we know that it's not Frostheim, at least!
Khoonda Apr 19th 2011 8:09PM
And this concludes our session on "Why Dwarves are Awesome" Next week will be "Why Dwarves are still so much more awesome then other races" and after that we shall conclude with "When Dwarves and Trolls Party and why you never remember any of it"
Dreyja Apr 19th 2011 9:29PM
@Khoonda - O.O! I want to see this commentary AND the After-Party, thanks very much! ;)

I think it's amusing that she said they "grew up" in an orphanage. Like she's all grown up now. Heh. Kids...
alpha5099 Apr 19th 2011 5:46PM
God, these two are the cutest little girls ever. I am going to be absolutely devastated if they actually have been orphaned again. Please let Papa Dwarf still be alive. I demand Papa Dwarf!
Dreyja Apr 19th 2011 5:52PM
AGREED!
Daeolt Apr 19th 2011 8:54PM
If the Papa is dead I won't be too worried.
I could see the orc/troll/night elf (whoever) taking in the kids. The human resembles the Orc very well, well a younger version. As does the Draenei with the Troll. And if the Orc/Troll fail to step up, perhaps the Night Elf could.
(inb4 "Alliance with the HORDE?!"; they could very well join the Argent Crusade/Earthen Ring/what have you)

since the leader states:
"some insights are given into the supposed "father" of the girls, a character we will take some time to explore later."
I do think we'll be hearing from or at least about Papa Dwarf soon.
hudsonzero Apr 19th 2011 6:05PM

Irin Apr 19th 2011 6:17PM
Kelly, I don't know if this has been asked and answered before but is there a possibility of adding color to this story and Byron at some point once completed?
