Blizzard really needs to put in a reputation system (or something similar) that can't be gamed by the idiots. Votekick is a nice feature but it really should be reserved for things like the perpetual AFK-er or the person who, literally, doesn't know what they're doing.

I'm (usually) the 3rd tank in my guild - but since we're not raiding I'm not doing a lot of randoms. I'm just screwing around on alts or helping fill out guild 5-man randoms. I'll tank if pushed into it, since I know how and have decent gear, but I have no desire to subject myself to idiots.
