I was also going to suggest the same for do-it-yourself same-realm RDF. I would imagine that it would be hard to put a group together if you're DPS, as I've seen DPSers get told to queue solo when they ask in Trade for a group. But if you're a tank, you're bound to find people to do a random with. The only drawback is that you won't get the Luck of the Draw buff without any PUGers, but it's certainly still doable.
