We'll start off this week directly with some community news.
Congratulations to Victorious Secret on snagging their Realm First level 25 and this awesome video that goes with it. You have to respect a guild video that leads off with Final Countdown. The epic achievement deserves that most epic of anthems.

Abandon PUG lifestyle Dark Demise of Arathor (US-A) is looking to expand so that they don't have to recruit PUGs. Dark Demise is a casual guild. Starting a second raid Face on Fire is looking to expand their guild raiding efforts. Face on Fire is going through what you might call a transitional period, the guild celebrated it's fourth anniversary right around the time Cataclysm launched and since then has been progressing through 25 man content. Recently though we acquired some new members via a guild merger. Since then we've been flush with new faces and have decided to begin working on a second raiding group and a PVP division to ensure that everyone who wants to be active within the guild and with their guild mates gets every opportunity to do so. My alt's guild hit 25 last week. My main guild is lvl 23 and rapidly advancing toward 25.

My guild technically was the second guild on the server to hit lvl 25. However the guild that hit it first had a glitch with their guild xp from resetting, and had to have a GM intervene. However by getting the GM involved, it negated their chances at getting the Feet of Strength.

We missed realm first by a couple days, but as the Ten Ton Social Juggernaut of Perenolde, I'm rather proud of taking 3rd place. The two guilds before and after us are both raiding guilds.
I will say a good bit of has to do with your guild's size. First place guild had close to 600 toons. Second place was in the mid 500s. We were in the 450s. Fourth was in the upper 300s. So...size does matter?

I think we have about 320 toons in Victorious Secret with less than 100 active actual players.
Size doesn't necessarily matter, we just had a wonderful group of people and leaders that worked together to make this happen!

If anyone is looking for a Horde side guild like what Dark Demise is offering, I'll pony up my guild: Blood Moon Rising on Area 52-US. Pretty much everything in the post describes us (Lvl 5, need more people for guild heroics, etc.). If anyone's on, it'll probably be me or someone who can direct interested parties to me. Vent/Guild Website, etc are all in place as well.

Thanks for the congratulations. As Fox said, we really are a casual guild (inspite of our 36 hour marathon session), but everyone put their lives on hold for those two days to make this one of coolest team efforts I have ever seen.

My main's guild got the Feat of Strenght on our realm (Doomhammer's Legacy - Scarshield Legion EU)
Some other guilds in the server have around 200 members and made it as far as the cap removal, and have seemingly been dormant ever since, wich is odd. We have 800+ members and as soon as we hit the cap removal it was a mad dash (2 days actually) before we got the ft of strenght.
Now everyone goes "WOW THAT WARRIOR CAN MASS RES WTF" before i flash my shiny achiev! ^^
