Healing has never been incredibly easy -- it's not the process, it's the fact that the lives of everyone in your group or raid rest on your shoulders and the shoulders of everyone else on the healing team. Raiding is an exercise in working with other people, and sometimes that's not quite as easy as you'd think, either.
