The trick isn't the parachute. Anyone can parachute.The trick is the instant-cast flight form. It makes druids the only class that can "re-mount" while falling (or parachuting). Another class could only do one pass of what he's doing; then they have to wait until they reach the ground, mount back up, and head up there again, at which point the target, if they survived the first salvo, is long gone - assuming they weren't waiting for you on the ground.
