Why would anyone "take the death" when they can escape alive and come back to finish you off? If that's the definition of a "true pvp'er" then "true" PvPers are not the smartest bunch. Sounds to me that it's not so much that he's an asshole, but that you're bitter about him besting you. You're on a PvP server; live with it.
