Also, Death Knights cannot be summoned out of their start area.

So if you make one, you are going to have to do the entire starting zone. And that's IF they don't have one already on that server.

Some time around halfway through WotLK they removed the restriction of only one DK per server and account. I currently have three. Two on one account and one on another, all on the same server.
