The eggs only spawn "in and around" the mentioned towns, so in Tirisfal Glades you should stay in Brill. The "and around" part is kind of misleading, in my experience the eggs only spawn directly inside the towns. The exact spawn locations of the eggs are not random btw, so it's helpful to remember where you have picked up eggs before, so you can come up with a route to check different spots for eggs.
