When worn with the Heaving Plates of Protection or an equivalent shoulder piece, this helm makes you a 3 headed beast.

I was wondering the same thing. I could do without the "How to get rid of it" since it usually just says DE it for a maelstrom crystal, but the "How to get it" section is a must.
