I'd just like to point out that the "Deathcharged Wristguards" are BiS for SMF Fury. They are better then the ilvl 359 Bracers located in BWD. Because of the initial Crit. And of course the Expertise. Especially since SMF Wars are lacking Expertise unlike TG.

With precision adding 40% to white hits for both TG and SMF fury, I think hit is about to overtake crit for even SMF. Especially considering that SMF on average swings one second faster than TG.
