It seems the issue is with addons that parse the combat log. There supposedly are fixes available, but at present, if you're running a damage meter or other combat log parse, you should most likely turn off your out-of-date addons until they've been updated. I can attest that at present, Skada does not seem to work at all with 4.1, and I'd definitely recommend turning it off.
Updated: Check your favorite addon sites for updates to patch 4.1. While I can't promise your personal favorite addon will be up to date, Skada has released an update that makes it usable with the current patch as of 5:29 PM eastern.
WoW Patch 4.1 is live, and WoW Insider has all the latest news for you -- from guides of the revamped Zul'Aman and Zul'Gurub to new valor point mechanics and new archaeology items.

It looks like none of my Addons are working and my WoW Matrix isn't connecting to the internet (no, I am not in the mood to manually update what little there is to update via Curse etc).
Additionally, a guildie of mine noticed that the RazrNaga keybindings issue reported on PTR went live - and unsurprisingly, he's not in the mood to remap all of his key-and-gaming-mouse bindings either.

1) Check "Load out of date addons" in the addon menu. (Warning: All of them might not work right.)
2) Grab the Curse Client and MMOUI Minion - WoWMatrix does not get official updates unless an author goes out of their way to update for them too, it is blocked from accessing both sites.

@ [Amiyuy] - mheh Curse is slow and insisting that I subscribe for a monthly fee for the privilege of updating multiple things at once isn't making me happy.

@Jawbone: I have a Premium account due to having posted an addon, but even so, I update them one-by-one to make sure the updates are something I want to apply and to be aware what's getting changed (in case something breaks). It really is the most important one to have of the two though, as many authors use the Wowace as their development site and they're directly linked to Curse.
Re-LJ: Probably. :) Although I left W_L almost a year ago.

Seems Mik's Scrolling Battle Text, Bagnon, and QuestHelper are causing problems as well, along with Recount as mentioned above.

Under the Curse article for MSBT, there's a simple LUA code change that worked wonders for me. Haven't had an issue.

As much as I want to run home and play 4.1, reports like this make me realize that I should wait a couple of days before playing so that all the addons I use are updated, causing as little frustration with me as possible.

InspectFix is currently updated! I recommend it if you use any addon that constantly pokes your client over inspecting (Playerscore, PowerAuras, etc.) and if you don't have another bugcatching addon downloaded/updated.

Carbonite seems to be the Frame Rate Culprit! Also, Raven is not working but does not affect fps.

Staying offline for a while till all the essentials in my addon list gets updated. It's honestly better than experiencing the MINDCRUSH of a messed up UI.

I had to update Healbot to make the problem go away. Recommend doing that if you use it, from their website directly.
