It seems the issue is with addons that parse the combat log. There supposedly are fixes available, but at present, if you're running a damage meter or other combat log parse, you should most likely turn off your out-of-date addons until they've been updated. I can attest that at present, Skada does not seem to work at all with 4.1, and I'd definitely recommend turning it off.
Updated: Check your favorite addon sites for updates to patch 4.1. While I can't promise your personal favorite addon will be up to date, Skada has released an update that makes it usable with the current patch as of 5:29 PM eastern.

looks like everything is working EXCEPT Carbonite, Skada, DBM [at least not in ZG] Raven. Titan and addons are causing major problems. good ones: GRID, XPerl, B4, Tidy Plates, GTFO, Sunn, Omni cc, Range Colors, AI, SexyMap, Destro for Dummies.
And Zul Gurub sucked big green trolls!

I updated all my mods, latest Skada didn't seem to help me. Had to disable everything.

Big hand to the addon developers - its pretty awesome that they're this responsive and get new updates out so quickly

Did BoT on my rogue last night with zero addons :D We managed to down halfus after a healing miscommunication and then one shot the twins. Of course we ran into the issue of guildies who had just finished the new heroic getting the 'entered too many dungeons' message of doom....so our raid that normally starts at 7:30 promptly started at 9 :'(

Here's why I hate Skada: It buffs YOUR stats, and makes others less. No matter what. At least with Recount ging I get consistant results spread across other people.
