Two weeks before Thanks giving two years ago after hitting the wall raiding Ulduar I decided to stop playing and didn't come back until after the new year.

It saved my sanity.

Yeah, I had to take a break from WoW after raiding was getting stressful. So I took a nap. And when I woke up it was Tuesday morning maintenance.
Longest time I ever spent away from WoW.
