This thread makes me smile. I love the disparity between "Those who choose to suck at PvP" and "Those who find the achieve mind-numbingly easy". The devs have had since the first children's week of 3.0 to acknowledge your cries, and yet the achieve remains intact. Suck it up, the achievement isn't that hard. This is an MMO, get some friends together if you want to get this done easier, and stop the mindset of "if it isn't fun because I can't complete it, I want it changed because I deserve it". All of you bads who can't get this done are just another drop in the bucket to Actiblizzard, you are still paying them even though you can't get your way. I got my EOTS and AB parts of the achieve done in 3 BGs, maybe you guys just need to try harder. In before the downvote. @Allison Robert, your editorials planted within a "how-to" should have your editor look a little closer at your journalism skills.

I'm sorry that you disapprove of my editorializing on School of Hard Knocks in a how-to guide, Burnaphatone, but I find it very difficult to describe the achievement without simultaneously acknowledging that it's very random and often frustrating (even you as a supporter have tacitly admitted this). I feel obligated to make that observation in any guide that potential newcomers might read, because they're otherwise left with no way to anticipate the potential difficulty of SoHK, and may even think they're doing something wrong if they can't get it quickly. I commonly make observations concerning the general difficulty of achievements (and why some might be troublesome to players in certain circumstances) in every guide I write for that very reason.Whether you nail SoHK quickly or are still queuing for battlegrounds hours later is entirely a function of latency, friendly *and* enemy player cooperation, gear quality, and just sheer dumb luck. That your own faction can grief you while doing this is just icing on the cake, and to me is the sign of a very poorly-designed and mean-spirited achievement. Blizzard can and has done much better than this. It's fine to disagree with people over the nature and difficulty of the achievement, but referring to them as "bads" is not appropriate.
