Umm..it's the OverACHIEVER...so yes, it's basically just an achievement guide, the same for all of the other OverAchiever guides. A guide for the quests is pretty pointless, IMO, since there's no real difficulty in finding anything quest related (basically, go here, go there, buy some stuff for the orphan, return the orphan). And no, we don't need a guide for how to hearth w/ the orphan out, just to know that it's one of the required achievements for the Children's Week meta (and why it's not nearly as detailed as the other sections).
