Exactly, he's been "scattered to the Elements." hint-hint-nudge-nudge-wink-wink.

This will be so much cooler than the other Aspects just saying: "Hey Thrall, we been thinkin' - you'd be a great Earth Aspect. Could you take the job? Yeah? Awesome! No, sorry there's no epic armor. Nope, no sceptre or anything. Just sign here okay?"
