The other unfortunate thing is I believe only the GM can modify the guild finder and review applications; it's not something the GM can authorize other officers to do.

Since our guild runs through the helping hands of several officers, with the GM not always on regularly (and, when he is, not always on as his "GM" toon), this isn't very helpful.

Our workaround has simply been to refer people to our website and ask them to apply through the process specified there rather than through the Guild Finder tool.

As an officer, I can't modify our guild's ad, but I can review the responses and contact any potential applicants.
