Two thoughts:
In-game I can now join a guild, see news updates and read through the info box, join scheduled events, and manage communications with my peers fairly easily. What out-of-game features are still so compelling for guilds to demand their members participate there as well as in-game? Are the days gone when we can stop using out of game comms channels (websites, forums, codes of conduct etc)?
On the toggles, it'd be nifty if the they were instead "select two". It'd force guilds to have to focus their recruitment efforts; levelling guilds would select Quests/Dungeons or Quests/PvP. Top guilds might select Raiding/Dungeons, Raiding/PvP. Roleplaying guilds obviously could select a secondary focus as well. All the two-type combinations kind of work, and give context to applicants.
