@TheBlob - well to be fair, they're also changing the glyph so it will still restore 10% of the casting druid's mana, but considering it's only giving 5% mana to the other person, there's not much point to innervate feeding... if 5% mana makes the difference for your other healers, they probably need to just manage their own cooldowns/pots/spells better.
