About the last point: not that you have to be max level to RP, or should only RP at max level, as that can sound a little misleading in this article. There are a lot of folks who take a break from the leveling grind to do RP stuff with their friends/guilds along the way.

There are people who do only RP at max level (or will only RP with max level characters) but for the majority, level's an abstract game mechanic and not really required when having a drink at a tavern or while hanging out at a guild meeting or party. Heck, we've had RP instance/raid runs where a lot of the point was to help gear and level someone.
