Michelle Morrow for Lady Sylvanas. Seriously. She plays WoW herself, looks like Sylvanas and does a perfect version of her voice too. No better fit HANDS DOWN.

But I will say a lot of those actors you chose look quite close to the characters themselves! And I'm sure Vin would love to be in that film, too.
