It's the pet treat from the Dalaran pet shop, used on the Japan relief pet.

It's probably one of the pet happy snacks from dalaran. The pet was from the card game if it was taken back then and the person who took the S/S made it so they weren't visible on the back of the mount (if you look really really close you can see part of the toon on the mount by the wing, but it's barely noticeable from the background colors and wing colors)

Hi, Marashka here, it is the happy snack from Dalaran, but its the http://www.wowhead.com/item=23713 . They have the same model. I kept looking at the picture, and saying, "I know that pic, Haven't they used it before..." then I went, "Oh- My- A- Gawd! That's our pic, and our names!"
