After about 6 years of raiding, I have found that any non-officer is replaceable (and sometimes officers are replaceable, too!). With a strong leadership, you can overcome the loss of raid members. So, instead of letting your members hold you hostage, you can be a strong leader and replace them for the good of the guild.A 10-man raid team needs about 12 or 13 raiders to really sustain long-term, and a 25-man guild needs about 30 (or more!) members to run effectively. I don't know of any guild where every member has 100% attendance all the time - we all still need to have lives outside of the game!
