I've been in the same boat. The highs of Wrath were there were so MANY pug groups for ICC and then we hit up Lich King eventually with a cross guild group. That group kinda died out due to life stuff though.
Cata came along and was fun for a while. I ran up Sporkwind to 85 really fast, rep grinds, dailies, and geared him until I felt I was just hitting a wall, then broke out an alt to 85 and was about to level another alt when I decided to come back to Sporkwind full time.
First order of business drop dailies like a bad habit. Next I decided to take up PvP and gear up there. Then yesterday I was able to pug into a raid that went well. Add to that we've got a couple new guildies who are adding some good energy to the group and I'm in a lot better place than I was a few weeks ago. Still no regular raid, but I'm coming back from the brink of boredom.
