I was trying to start super-casual raiding for a couple of months, but the few interested parties were either three time zones away or didn't understand what "super-casual" meant (joins guild, plays heavily, leaves guild after 5 days because the rest of us are hardly ever on - kids, jobs, commutes, other responsibilities, etc).

The idea is to use raid lockout extensions to slowly complete a single raid since, for me and others I know, some raiding is better than no raiding. :)
