The Jailbreak Quest/Onyxia reveal was epic. I did it before it was removed but during BC when it was obsolete.
The funniest thing is that everyone who was AFKing in the throne room (this is pre-Varian, remember) got absolutely stomped by the dragonkin waves. Trade chat blew up with lots of WTFs and similar expressions of befuddlement.
Good times. Wish I had remembered to screenshot it. Still have my Drakefire Amulet.

I missed the Breakfast Topic when it was current, so I'll say it here:
Toshe Chaosrender is easily my favorite Cataclysm NPC. EASILY. Nothing about what he does is harmonious.

I check the site every couple of hours pretty much every day to see if a new one has been released. Absolutely love it :P

The best quest lines in the Twilight Highlands are the ones involving Captain Krazz, Patch, and the Gob Squad.

*sigh*
Ugh...no. Please, -please- don't bring Illidan back. Yeah, people aren't happy with the way he went out, but come on. Deal with it. Bringing him back would be so utterly ham-fisted, so contrived, so...just, lorelol. It would essentially be Blizzard just saying "yeah, nothing you do really ever matters, if we don't like it we'll just undo it, LOL."
I mean...ugh. He had a good run, a good character arc, it ended a little messily, but it -ended-
Let it stay ended.

Fandral Staghelm is just one of many politcal leaders in Azeroth that have "gone mad" rather than dealing with the idea that within any leadership structure there is normally more than one point of view.
Shotoa in Warcraft: Shaman has a really intresting story about how maybe it is ok from time to time to take a more aggressive control of the elements for 5 chapters then lol I'm controlled by Ragnaros thus all my arguments lose all there weight.
Argos has much the same feel maybe Malgos has a point at least to some limited degree that magic just shouldn't used willy nilly but nope he made a deal with Deathwing so all his arguments lose there weight.
Even Illidan was treated this way, or the Highe
I will give credit that the horde under Goraosh has feel of underlying differences. From Etrigg, to Vol'jin, and Sylvanas. Each have openly gone against Goraosh in there own way.
But I think its bad story tell to just have people that are holding a different point of view than the leader to just do a heel turn to villain.

I am honestly growing weary of this show being nothing but a discussion about lore. I like lore i think lore is great but lately my impression of lore is that it's dominating the discussions a lot more than other things.
I think a bit of new light needs to shine into the show. Id like to see topics like, ok so now that we are into the second major tier of raiding for this expansion what would a newly 85 player do to get themselves to where they can participate in Heroics if that was their endgame or how do you go about gearing and working into PVP or some discusion of professions or some other aspects of the game aside from lore.
