Patch 4.2 PTR: Pictures from the Firelands

Firelands is up on the PTR, and official raid encounter beta testing has begun! Beth'tilac, the Red Widow, was the first raid encounter to be tested, and Method has scored the first kill. Lord Rhyolith was the second encounter to be tested (and again, Method got the kill). So far, Firelands is looking like one of the most awesome raid zones yet, and we've got some pictures for you straight from the PTR. Check it out! Patch 4.2 can't come soon enough.

Is there going to be farmable trash that drop epics in this new raid?

All those pics, all the news coming out and you want to know about farmable trash? LOL. I can't wait for the quests to be honest. And looking ahead to the new CoT raid that they talked about. Always nice to go back in time to learn about the future :)

...wow. That looks pretty damn cool. I'm going to make it a point to raid all the way through this place and see everything it has to offer.

Granted, it's more likely I'll do that at level 100, but still. ^_^

LOL Moose sounds like me and my band of merry alts. I'm sure I'll want to raid more as soon as I dig into the new quest chain. Already making making sure the alts have hyjal cleared. Hyjal remains one of the few zones I have actually cleared on multiple toons to boot. It's not that I am really in love with the zone as much as the quests are nicely laid out. I suppose Vashj'ir is pretty good too but I can only be underwater so long before I prune :p
