Thrall would, as far as I can tell, be in his early to mid 30s now. Even if you skip over the more rampant stupidities in Lord of the Clans (no, Golden, I just don't believe that Thrall was the size of a grown human man or ready to begin serious combat training at the age of 6), he'd have been still in his teens when he escaped Durnholde, hooked up with his clan, and got tapped as Doomhammer's successor.Which leads to a whole other rant on this obsession with heroes who are still more or less kids, which is pretty rampant throughout WoW lore (Thrall, Jaina, Arthas, Turalyon, the nelf trio in Knaak's books...) but I won't touch on that. Except to say that 31, or 33 for that matter, is not even "not quite" middle-aged.
