I really liked Maraudon back in vanilla. I thought some of the graphics were among the most beautiful in the game. Trouble was that it was an absolute pain to get there as an Alliance character, and a full run could take upwards of 3 hours.

Ah, but when you got the teleport stick, you could go hang out and fish in Earth Song falls with comparatively little effort.

I loved getting my Nightfin, Sunscale, Bass, and Squid from there. It wasn't as lucrative a drop rate for squid as Winterspring, but I never had to worry about ganking by players OR mobs.
