Sadly, it seems that Blizzard has caught on to my schemings, or at least, you know, they aren't idiots. Earlier this week, someone else mentioned that to Zar and he stated that all of the tier pet procs will be changed to have a ridiculously high chance to proc but come with an ICD in order to equalize their damage across classes/specs/encounters.
