Just reinforcing Gendou's point. It is BEYOND inappropriate for a grown human to destroy someone's property in a temper tantrum. And it is incredibly sad that a grown person must sneak behind the back of the person they married, for better or worse, richer or poorer, to engage in a hobby they enjoy, that does NOT cause harm to the other. Screw "Keeping the peace." If what you say reflects reality in any way, then by your own words, your spouse does not respect you or treat you as an equal. It doesn't matter if it's "Just this one thing." An adult does NOT treat another adult like that, nor should someone ALLOW themselves to be treated like that.I'm not saying draw a line in the sand and prepare for war. I'm with Gendou. Your relationship needs help. You need help. Find a relationship counselor, go by yourself at first if you must. This is not an insult. This is a stranger who is overhearing an abusive relationship who is advising help, this is the Internet equivalent of calling a social worker or security to investigate the couple screaming their heads off at each other upstairs.Abuse grows if it is not confronted and dealt with. Please, don't blow this off.
