It basically lets you create 1-4 action bars with the cooldown or DoT time (configurable) represented as a bar graph that shrinks as the timer winds down. It makes it very easy to keep track of your cooldowns without having to shift your focus to your action bars to read a number and risk looking back up and finding yourself standing in fire.
