I know that the whole of Duskwood is full of creepy quests . . . that's just how Blizzard designed it, but amongst all undead, the huge abomination, spiders, worgen . . . . all of which were creepy, I found the Stalvan questline to be one of the creepiest. Perhaps because it seems the most probable and human.
While you have the curses, the ghosts, undead all involved in the quests, it's the various letters and conversations that really creep me out . . . how he inferred certain feelings from his young charge, the hurt that resulted from his possessiveness, and what he did to the whole family . . . . it's a horror story you can imagine reading in the newspaper, albeit in a modern setting. I think that's the thing that makes it one of the scariest storylines I've read in Azeroth.
