Or just lose the carpal tunnel and constant re-position of an inferior traditional mouse and go trackball. The Logitech Trackman Corded Mouse is the best pointing device I've found, and sworn on my injured soldiers, people with physical ailments, and normal people who all find the use of a trackball with scroll wheel middle button, a superior choice. Oops too late. They JUST discontinued that mouse. /facepalm
